TP-Link Dan UiTM Bekerjasama Tangani Jurang Bakat Rangkaian Enterprise

SHAH ALAM – TP-Link Distribution Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“TP-Link Malaysia”) dan Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) hari ini menandatangani Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) strategik bagi melengkapkan pelajar dengan kemahiran rangkaian yang relevan dengan industri, pengalaman praktikal enterprise serta pensijilan bertaraf global.

Kerjasama selama tiga tahun ini direka untuk merapatkan jurang antara pembelajaran akademik dan keperluan sebenar industri, membolehkan pelajar UiTM menamatkan pengajian dengan keupayaan praktikal yang selari dengan keperluan semasa enterprise, sekali gus mengukuhkan kolaborasi antara industri dan institusi pendidikan.

Di teras kerjasama ini ialah pelaksanaan penyelesaian rangkaian enterprise Omada oleh TP-Link di makmal UiTM, yang memberikan pendedahan langsung kepada pelajar terhadap infrastruktur yang sama digunakan dalam persekitaran perniagaan. Inisiatif ini turut disokong dengan program latihan berstruktur, bengkel teknikal serta akses kepada laluan pensijilan Omada Certified Network Administrator (OCNA).

Pelajar juga akan mendapat manfaat daripada peluang latihan industri dan praktikal bersama TP-Link, sekali gus membuka laluan yang lebih jelas daripada universiti ke alam pekerjaan dalam ekonomi digital Malaysia yang semakin berkembang.

Inisiatif ini membina kerjasama terdahulu TP-Link Malaysia dengan Universiti Malaya, di mana lebih 500 pelajar telah menyertai program pensijilan pada tahun 2025, menunjukkan permintaan tinggi terhadap kemahiran rangkaian dan pensijilan yang selari dengan kehendak industri.

Hugo Cai, Pengarah Serantau TP-Link Distribution Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. berkata, “Dalam pelbagai industri, organisasi sedang memperluaskan infrastruktur digital mereka, namun ketersediaan profesional dengan kepakaran rangkaian enterprise tidak berkembang seiring. Kerjasama ini bertujuan merapatkan jurang tersebut dengan melengkapkan pelajar dengan kemahiran praktikal yang disokong pensijilan dan relevan dengan keperluan industri sejak hari pertama.”

“Memastikan graduan kami dilengkapi dengan pengetahuan akademik serta kemahiran praktikal yang relevan dengan industri adalah sangat penting dalam landskap digital yang berkembang pesat hari ini. Kerjasama seperti ini membolehkan kami menyelaraskan program dengan lebih dekat kepada kemajuan teknologi dan jangkaan industri,” tambah Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Shahrin Sahib @ Sahibuddin, Naib Canselor Universiti Teknologi MARA.

Selain pembangunan bakat, kedua-dua organisasi juga akan meneroka inisiatif bersama dalam penyelidikan, perundingan dan perkongsian ilmu, sekali gus mengukuhkan kerjasama antara jurutera TP-Link dan tenaga pengajar UiTM.

Seiring Malaysia terus memperkukuh aspirasi ekonomi digital, inisiatif yang menghubungkan pendidikan dengan keperluan industri secara langsung akan memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan negara kekal kompetitif dalam membangunkan serta mengekalkan infrastruktur digital moden.
